Okay, now when you are all set to try out these exercises to get the best out of you.
You have a few preliminary things to do...

1.Clearing your Pubic hairs.
2.Measure the length of your penis in both the Flaccid and Erect state.
3.Measure the girth of your penis, and remember to keep a record of your improvement.
It will give a boost to your confidence.


CUT YOUR PUBIC HAIR:
This not only makes your penis looks bigger, but also helps when you do these exercises..
While stretching, pulling and milking the penis, you pull your hairs out, which is certainly you don't want!


MEASURETHE PENIS LENGTH AND THE GIRTH:

Instructions on how to measure the Penis size

FLACCID:
Remember, how to measure your penis the first ... 
Get a ruler and place it over your penis.
Push the ruler back into your abdomen(stomach) as far as it goes.
Hold your limp penis along the ruler and measure till the crown(tip).

ERECT:
While standing, slightly angle your penis until it is parallel to the floor below.
Press the ruler against the pubic bone (just above the base of the penis) and measure from the base to the tip and measure on top of penis as you pull as much as you can.
Try moving your pelvis or changing the angle to see what changes may occur during this type of measurement.
Once you found out how to measure, to achieve the same result as the length in erect condition,
you will find that this measure is easier and more convenient to measure the actual erection.

GIRTH:
With a piece of thread or measuring tape, measure the circumference/ diameter of your erect penis at middle of the shaft. 

If you are using a thread for measuring, put the measured part of thread over a ruler and see your result.

Do it for both  the Flaccid and Erect condition.
