Previously it was believed that the size of penis cannot be increased.But it is not at all like that, you can increase your penis size by adding upto 4inches to it by doing certain exercises.

The scientific reason behind penis enlargement is...

Your penis is made of three columns of tissue, one of which continues forward to form the glans(Head of the penis).

These columns are called the Corpus Spongiosus, which compose the bottom of the penis and the glans, and the Corpora Cavernosa, they are two chambers of tissue which is adjacent  to each other on the upper side of the penis.These tissues absorb blood that rushes into the penis, creating an erection.

If you can do the following exercises perfectly, these three rooms will gradually and eventually be able to hold more blood.The more blood it holds, the more erect and hard your penis will, and hence bigger it will be. This is the base which creates a big penis!

The key to the growth of the penis is to enlarge and expand the erectile tissues.
