Increase Sperm Count

Guys these days, we see us in a lot of stress everywhere we go though it is the mart, the mall, office, road and anywhere you say. We usually follow the same schedule week after another and it makes us human robot and takes us through a lot of tension. After all this strain, tension and stress of both mind and body, we reach our home and are exhausted. This everyday STRESS is not only gulping our small momentary  happiness but also leaving behind issues to worry about.The most common of the problem we guys are facing is the sterility, mobility and count of our sperms due to hormonal and physical imbalance. We can't blame anyone for this but yourself because we have chosen to follow this life. Now guys it is really a very hard time when you cannot live up to the expectation of your partner at the end of the day in your bed. It shatters the confidence you used to have and all of this is happening because your balls are confused  as they don't get any signal from us during the whole long and tiring day. I am absolutely sure that it happened to most of you, earlier when you used to jerk, the volume and thickness of the sperm was more than it is now. Buckle up soon before you lose the race!. To do so, we have to inculcate a few habits in our daily schedule to be active again at the end of the day and Claim back our best sex health. You Just have to change a little of your food habits, reduce the unwanted lower belly fat and to always portray a smile in your face everywhere you walk into. You should understand the fact that, smiling while you walk will release all the strain and stress of the day. At least smile when you are coming back home. Try to follow the below listed completely normal and natural ways to be active sexually by boosting your hormones and simultaneously the sperm manufacturing units (the testes) of the body.

1. Lose your Underwear: The best thing to start with is lose your tight underwear after you reach home in the evening and adopt the loose pajamas or shorts to provide some cool environment to the testes. Understand the fact that testes produces sperms at a temperature lower than the rest of the body. It helps in a great way to restore the sperm count, mobility and life of the sperm cells.
P.S. Avoid tight underpants.

2. Frequency of Ejaculation and intercourse :  
A tired body just wants to have a good sleep and thereby you make your sperm manufacturing plant to sleep along with you. Guys! Sperm count can significantly increase with increase in the frequency of ejaculation or sexual intercourse. The logic is simple, exercising the testes for more manufacture of sperm cells, but don't over do it.

3. Exercise your body and pelvic muscles: 

It really takes a lot of dedication to exercise regularly but you need to focus and invest for your future. Investing time in health is the best investment ever. Start with light body weight exercises, Yogas and gradually step up for fat loosing specific exercises. You will find many sites though I have cited down a few below. Loosing the belly fat not only provides you confidence but also helps in better production of sperms and virtually adds up-to 1 inch to your penis size. Exercising your pelvic muscles makes you sexually healthier by preventing premature ejaculations. Also exercising will increase the blood flow.

Note: If you have high BP please don't exercise, ask your physician first.

4. Food Habits: 

Well you have to decrease the intake of junk foods from the start and slowly have to get adapted with lot of fruits, green vegetables, proteins and whole grains. Eat everything but less of oily junk food. Take food which possess anti-oxidants, Vitamin C, E, B-12 and other Vitamin B-Complex helps to form sperm cells.

Take aphrodisiac food sometimes like oysters, chocolates, Cherries, water melons, it increases the libido. 

Increasing the quantity of sperm can be also be done by gradually increasing the uptake of green vegetables like spinach, brocolli, asparagus and seaweeds.

Drink lot of water:
Drink lot of water as the larger portion of semen is fluid, avoid taking alcohol regularly and also try to reduce the smoking frequency. Alcohol intake and smoking destroys sperm quality.
